Shipping Policy

 

Our mission at Tail Waggers Ltd is to provide superior products and services that make those who buy our services and products feel extremely satisfied and secure with each transaction. We know that we can do everything possible but sometimes there are circumstances when goods do not, please or come to the site inappropriately. As a strategy to contain such incidence and deliver on our promise of customer happiness, we have worked painstakingly to develop a simple, elaborate and client friendly Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy that is geared toward a seamless and reassuring process.

Refunds and Returns Policy

We have simple and transparent policy which makes customers able to walk around any problems with ease. With domestic and international orders, the customer is usually provided with the full 15 days refund policy on undamaged and unused products. We would go an extra mile to absorb extra expenses to correct the wrongs when it comes to damaged or defective goods. Any returns require Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that should be received via our customer support, and through which a detailed instruction on the procedure of the return is offered.

Returns and Refunds for Domestic Orders

To our esteemed clients in Nigeria, it is easy to proceed with a claim of returning or refunding a product. In case you are in trouble, all you have to do is call our professional customer support center and to make sure you have your order number and a small description of the problem at hand.

Undamaged and unused items can be refunded money in full within a period of 15 days of shipment. After the eligibility has been confirmed, you will be issued with an RMA number and other steps to follow in making a safe product delivery quickly.

Much unfortunate circumstances only need to call our personnel in case they get a broken or defected product. When we closely analyze the problem and make sure that it is a problem, then we will send an RMA and the guidance on how to send the goods back. Once the damaged or defective product has been received and verified condition, Tail Waggers Ltd will issue full refund to the cost purchased product and cost incurred to ship the product back to us. An important part of this is to observe that although Tail Waggers Ltd will reimburse shipping to illustrate return shipping costs on confirmed defective or damaged products, all other shipping costs necessary to ship products back to us will be paid by the customer.

Returns and Refunds for International Orders

We mainly have the same kind of a returns policy in the international version, somewhat. Customers normally do not have to pay any additional customs clearance charges, taxes and other associated expenses on the product being returned in case it is shipped to a country outside but the country of origin. Nevertheless, Tail Waggers Ltd does not repay any customs and taxes that a customer might have paid when the product was imported into their country at first.

Just like our domestic policy, we can accept a product with complete usage but has never been worn or used as our international policy but after 15 days of shipment as long as our customer care management team has been notified and an RMA and the return instructions has been provided. Tail Waggers Ltd will pay part of the shipping amount when returning goods abroad in cases where it is proved that the goods were defective or broken.

On the other hand, any alternate type of international returns in which the packaging of the letter is initiated by the client, then, the shipping cost of the return will be the obligation of the client. Once more, any customs or duties charges that are incurred during original importation and paid by the customer to Tail Waggers Ltd are not refundable.

In addition to that, we will never change money when curious to expenses international orders. This is to mean that Tail Waggers Ltd will not provide any benefit to be given as differences in amount refunded as per changes in currency exchange rates between date of purchase and date of repayment.

Process for Refunds

Once we are able to receive back your returned product and thoroughly examine it to ascertain the accuracy of the reported condition (used/excessively damaged, or ascertained as damaged/defeccted), we will automatically proceed with refund. This whole process usually ends in 7 business days after verification. The amount of the refund will reflect back on your original payment method that you used during the first purchase. Though Tail Waggers Ltd processes refunds within one working day, the time it takes the refund to appear in your bank or credit card statement will actually vary depending on the processing times of that individual financial institution. Our mission is a seamless, simple, and hassle-free refund process to our clients.

We know how keen you are to obtain your order and our average delivery time throughout countries is between 15 to 45 working days varying according to the location you are in the country. All orders are tracked so that you can have the opportunity to follow your package wherever it goes.

There is full transparency when it comes to shipping charges as these are shown at the checkout point and are calculated according to your order together with your trading destination.
