Refunds and Returns Policy

Any returns require Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that should be received via our customer support, and through which a detailed instruction on the procedure of the return is offered.
Returns and Refunds for Domestic Orders
To our esteemed clients in Nigeria, it is easy to proceed with a claim of returning or refunding a product. In case you are in trouble, all you have to do is call our professional customer support center and to make sure you have your order number and a small description of the problem at hand.
Undamaged and unused items can be refunded money in full within a period of 15 days of shipment. After the eligibility has been confirmed, you will be issued with an RMA number and other steps to follow in making a safe product delivery quickly.

Returns and Refunds for International Orders

Customers normally do not have to pay any additional customs clearance charges, taxes and other associated expenses on the product being returned in case it is shipped to a country outside but the country of origin. Nevertheless, Tail Waggers Ltd does not repay any customs and taxes that a customer might have paid when the product was imported into their country at first.
Just like our domestic policy, we can accept a product with complete usage but has never been worn or used as our international policy but after 15 days of shipment as long as our customer care management team has been notified and an RMA and the return instructions has been provided. Tail Waggers Ltd will pay part of the shipping amount when returning goods abroad in cases where it is proved that the goods were defective or broken.
On the other hand, any alternate type of international returns in which the packaging of the letter is initiated by the client, then, the shipping cost of the return will be the obligation of the client. Once more, any customs or duties charges that are incurred during original importation and paid by the customer to Tail Waggers Ltd are not refundable.
In addition to that, we will never change money when curious to expenses international orders. This is to mean that Tail Waggers Ltd will not provide any benefit to be given as differences in amount refunded as per changes in currency exchange rates between date of purchase and date of repayment.
Process for Refunds
